Our 6 step process

Step 1
Get in contact via Email or Telephone to book an appointment with one of our design consultants. Describe in brief any ideas you have and provide artwork size. This will get our creative juices flowing.
Step 2
At your appointment in our workshop in West London our consultant will take you through; frame samples, glazing options and finishing details, discussing how best to frame your artwork or display your object.
Step 3
Once you’ve chosen your bespoke frame, we are happy to give you a quotation while you wait or via email. When your quotation has been agreed production will begin.
Step 4
Now your frame is in production, we are happy to give you updates as your frame progresses through the different departments. Turn-around times are 2-3 weeks, to produce your hand made wooden frame.
Step 5
Once your frame is ready for collection, we will be in touch to arrange a time for you to collect or we can arrange a specialised art courier for you, you are also more than welcome to arrange transportation yourself.
Step 6
When you’ve receive your beautifully bespoke framed artwork, we would love to see it in situ, please tag us on instagram @lordandduplooy Enjoy!
